Solar Technology provides aids to navigation (AtoN) for a variety of clients along the east coast of Australia. We stock our own range of buoys and markers as well as those from major manufacturers such as Sealite and Tideland.

We also provide customised solutions to suit your needs and offer installation and maintenance. We are the service provider for Sydney Ports Corp which caters to 2500 shipping movements in and out of Sydney Harbour and Port Botany each year.

Aqua Buoy 600

The popular high visibility lightweight marker buoys.

Guaranteed long lasting performance with unique solar beacon option.

One piece buoy is moulded in strong, durable polyethylene.
UV stabilised for resistance to sunlight.
Lightweight-only 19kgs for easy handling by one person.
Standard high visibility Yellow, Green and Red. Other
  colours supplied to order.
Triangular buoy top has nut inserts suitable for mounting a
  light, top mark or bird spikes.
Large mooring chain attachment point accommodates a
  16mm shackle or 12mm silver rope.
Excellent buoyancy and stability. The aqua Buoy 600 will
  not sink or capsize.

UV stabilised for resistance to sunlight.
Strong, lightweight polyethylene buoy top moulded in standard IALA colours and shapes. Suitable for mounting LED and Incandescent Lamp Navigation Lights as well as IALA Day Marks
Stainless steel nut inserts provide a secure mounting for top, tower and signs.
Galvanised eye bolt passes through the base providing strong mooring chain attachment point.
Superior proven performance in turbulent fast running waters and floods.
Can be moored with seagrass friendly moorings.
4 plastic sleeves pass through base to facilitate mounting larger structures.
